Private Transfers Between Alpine Airports and Tignes
Private transfers from the six alpine airports to Tignes, in a Mercedes V-Class, for a fixed price agreed before you travel. Geneva, Lyon, Chambéry, Grenoble, Turin and Milan — one vehicle, up to 7 passengers, skis included.

Geneva Airport (GVA)
The most-used international gateway to Tignes. 180 km, about 2h45, from €450. Geneva to Tignes transfer.
Milan Malpensa (MXP)
A genuine alternative from Italy or when Geneva and Lyon connections do not fit. 275 km via the Aosta Valley, about 5h30, from €950. Milan to Tignes transfer.
Lyon Saint-Exupéry (LYS)
Often the simplest connection from Paris and northern Europe. 220 km, about 2h45, from €550.
Chambéry (CMF)
The closest airport to Tignes by distance — 140 km, about 2 hours, from €350. Fewer direct flights than Geneva, but the shortest road transfer of the six.
Grenoble (GNB)
170 km, about 2h15, from €510. A practical option for the northern Alps.
Turin (TRN)
An option from Italy, from €820.
Which airport is actually closest?
Geneva is the most-used airport for Tignes because it has by far the most direct flights, including long-haul routes from North America. But Chambéry, at 140 km, and Grenoble, at 170 km, are both closer by distance than Geneva at 180 km. Most travellers still fly into Geneva because of flight choice and frequency, not distance.
Every part of Tignes, and Val d’Isère
From any of these airports, the drop-off is at your address in Tignes — Val Claret, le Lac, Le Lavachet, les Boisses or les Brévières — or in Val d’Isère, 12 km further up the valley.
